We collected our audience feedback through Facebook because of the amount of people that use the internet and how it is so easy to access media content. We also gathered feedback from peer review from younger pupils in years 8-10 in the school. We received both positive and negative feedback, a good variation; overall it was mostly positive but some people just did not like aspects of our music video. It terms of negative feedback, the most prominent comment was that they thought that the lip sync was out of time with the vocals. This was not an issue with the editing as we spent endless hours trying to sort it out, it was a problem of the model not opening her mouth properly to the vocals. On the more positive side, a lot of people said that our style of filming and end product was of a very professional high standard. A lot of people liked the bottle smashing in the video and the use of black and white effect as it was different and quirky.

From this particular piece of written feedback, it is obvious that the lip sync was an issue that did not go unnoticed. If we were to recreate or re film this music video, we would definitely either cast a different model or we would make sure that she fully knew the song so that she could sing it to her best ability. However, it seems that other aspects of the video fitted in with the mood of the song, which is what we wanted to achieve.
From this response and parts of the other ones, it is clear that they liked the abstract, symbolic, clothing and setting aspects of the music video. I think this is because they stood out and made the entire video what it is. It was also a clever way of portraying all the emotions within the song.
In conclusion, I feel that our music video was a success in terms of it being very similar to a real media music video. I think that we picked the right person to be in our video, in terms of her appearance as she looked similar to the girl from London Grammar. Overall, the video came out even better than my expectation of it.
